On September 10, 2026, TWYFORD Peru held a furnace lighting ceremony in San Vicente de Cañete, Cañete Province, Lima Region, Peru.
As the flames gradually rose inside the furnace, Peru's first modern float glass production line officially entered a new stage of furnace heat-up,
commissioning, and trial production. This milestone not only marks a key step forward in TWYFORD International's expansion
into South America, but also represents a breakthrough in Peru's modern domestic glass manufacturing industry, which has developed
from virtually no local float glass production to the establishment of a modern manufacturing base.

At the furnace lighting ceremony, Xu Chao, General Manager of TWYFORD Peru, stated in his speech that the furnace lighting marked
a milestone in TWYFORD International's expansion into the South American market and represented a significant breakthrough in
the upgrading of Peru's building materials industry. He expressed his sincere gratitude to the Peruvian governments at all levels, local
communities, the Group's headquarters, all employees, and business partners for their support. He also noted that once the plant
becomes operational, it will help reduce Peru's long-standing dependence on imports of high-end architectural and industrial glass,
while contributing to the upgrading of the local building materials industry chain.

The TWYFORD Peru glass factory project covers approximately 60 hectares and has a designed annual production capacity of 198,090 tons.
Its product portfolio includes clear glass, blue glass, grey glass, and coated glass, primarily serving the architectural glass market. Previously,
Peru's demand for float glass was almost entirely dependent on imports, while domestic companies were mainly engaged in glass processing and distribution.
The commissioning of the TWYFORD Peru glass factory is expected to significantly transform this market structure.

The commissioning of the TWYFORD Peru glass factory is more than just a project milestone; it is also an important step in TWYFORD
International's global expansion strategy. As TWYFORD International's first glass factory in South America, the Peru project is intended
to serve as a strategic base for developing the South American market and expanding into neighboring countries. Following commissioning,
the factory's products will serve the Peruvian domestic market and gradually expand into neighboring markets, including Ecuador, Chile,
and Colombia, bringing TWYFORD's manufacturing capabilities and product quality to the South American continent.
